I shopped online and had to reach out as the dog harness size I got looked off on my dog and wanted confirmation it wasn’t the right fit. KRC (Tamara) was incredibly helpful!! Fast responses and knowledgeable about the products. They helped me get an exchange going and I’m so excited to use the new gear I bought! Definitely worth shopping at this store for the customer service alone.

Kenosha Running Company had a local pop up event so I dragged everyone that had dogs that needed to be fitted and we bought soooo many things I think total between us all we bought 9 Musher - freedom.allies harnesses and other various gear.

I got three more harnesses to be used with various Day Trainers (and Squash) and a longer single dog line.

Absolutely always love working with them, such great people and experts in their field! I had them recheck Pie's harness fit since he got it at a year old and it's still good but I loved getting another pair of eyes on it.

I've never been in store, but I have ordered online from this place and it is 100% top notch.

I live in SC and my order is ALWAYS out the same day I place the order. And I've always had my products I order, within days. I make the joke they are like Jimmy Johns, and freaky fast.

If you need or want ANY canicross gear, they are the go to for me from now on. And I don't like shopping online, but sadly we don't have anywhere local to us that carries canicross gear.

Tamara is the one that has helped me every time too.

This last order I placed I ended up putting the harness on wrong (I was having a blonde day). I emailed them and within a few minutes I had someone tell me what was going on, so I emailed Kenosha back asap. Well she ended up calling me to see what was going on, instead of emailing me back. I consider that top notch customer service!
