Processing Times Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order ships.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer a flat rate of $10.00 for all orders shipped within the contiguous United States.
- Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after shipment
- Actual delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier conditions.
International Shipping Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and dimensions. We ship via:
- DHL Express – Expedited international delivery
- FedEx – Reliable international shipping
- DHL eCommerce – Economy international delivery
Estimated delivery times vary by destination. Please allow additional time for customs clearance.
Duties & Taxes
- Canada: Duties and taxes are included in the price — no surprise charges at delivery.
- Rest of World: Duties, customs fees, and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.
Tracking Information Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after your shipping confirmation.
Restrictions & Exclusions
- We ship to the United States, Canada, and select international destinations.
- We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes for certain carriers or oversized items.
- Some products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on destination country regulations.
- KRCo Online Store is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
