It can be adjusted around the neck and also around the chest. In its design the manufacturer kept in mind the requirements for obstacle races. The chance of escaping from the short harness was significantly reduced and it remains more stable compared to the other classic harnesses when the dog is running next to your feet. It has a new handle on the top that can be useful if you need to help your four-legged friend get on/out of any obstacle.

My heeler is an intermittent puller. Sometimes he wants to pull when we run, other times he runs alongside. We also like to hike and combine trail running with some hiking. We also have some reactivity challenges on leash if a dog looks at him wrong. I struggled to find a harness that suited our needs but this was it! He loves to trail run in it and often pulls in it, so it seems comfortable for him. But it also doesn’t ride up when we walk/hike, and has a handle when I need more control. It’s also super adjustable and the color is cute. We are very happy with the purchase.
This harness was absolutely perfect for a beginner. Its very easy and intuitive to adjust, and stays where it needs to be when my dog is pulling.
